Sony is adding new games to the PS Plus Extra and Premium games catalog for February, and in Horizon Forbidde West there’s a real killer game.
What is PS Plus Extra/ Premium? With PS Plus, PlayStation players have been able to access online services of various games for a number of years and get a few games a month for their library, but the PS Plus range has been expanded with two versions:
PS Plus Premium adds more games. The subscription also includes a streaming offer for PlayStation classics. A monthly subscription to PS Plus Extra costs €13.99 and a premium subscription is €16.99.
Sony regularly adds new content to the games catalogue. A post on the PlayStation Blog now reveals that one of the biggest PlayStation exclusives will be added to the subscription service in February 2023.

Which games will be added to the subscription in February? As a PlayStation Blog post reveals, new games will be added to both PS Plus Extra and Premium on February 21, 2023.
Also included is Horizon Forbidden West, released in February 2022, which achieved a strong 88 metascore on metacritic and was probably the biggest PlayStation exclusive of 2022 alongside God of War Ragnarök.
It is the sequel to the popular Horizon Zero Dawn and continues the story of the protagonist Aloy.

In addition to Horizon Forbidden West, The Quarry, loot shooter Outriders and Borderlands 3 will also join the PS Plus selection.

If the Premium or Extra subscription is too expensive for you, but you are a PS Plus Essentials customer, you could already look forward to Evil Dead The Game, Mafia Definitive Edition and OlliOlliWorld in February. With PS Plus Essential, however, you cannot experience the journey of Aloy.
