For this reason candidate Sarah leaves the court early

Suckler cow owner Paul is something very special at Bauer sucht Frau. At 22 years old, the Saxon farmer is the youngest candidate in the show’s history. At first everything looked rosy with his lady-in-waiting Sarah, but in the current episode the tide turns: Sarah leaves head over heels. This is the reason for the early termination of the farm week.

Paul and Sarah at Farmer Looking for a Woman: The fun ends when you slaughter

At first glance, young farmer Paul (22) and kindergarten teacher Sarah (20) looked like an absolute dream couple. The two youngsters got along brilliantly from the first minute and played like hell. On the farm, however, the romance soon began to show cracks: Is the animal-loving candidate Sarah really made for the tough life on the farm? The slaughter of the animals causes her great discomfort.

Suckler cow owner Paul keeps numerous animals on his family farm, but unfortunately they are not granted a happy, long life. As is usual for farm animals, they will be slaughtered sooner or later. This really bothers Sarah. She asks if Paul slaughters with his own hands. He admits emotionlessly that he makes short work of his turkeys:

First they are shot; there is a special device for this as an anesthetic. And then stitch and then head off.

Sarah doesn’t like that at all. In an individual interview she said: “I didn’t want to hear that, I’m just such an animal person. I love animals more than anything.”

But the farmer also has doubts: “How is that, can she even live with it? That could perhaps become problematic.”

Sarah is leaving: For this reason she is canceling the Bauer sucht Frau shoot

Surprisingly, Sarah leaves the farm for a completely different reason: The kindergarten teacher has a bad cold. While she has struggled through the last few days of hard physical work, she is now lying in bed with a cough: Shortly before her departure she is feeling really bad: “Then the fever came very quickly.”

Farmer Paul looks after his lady-in-waiting with tea, but Sarah is simply too weak to continue. “I have now decided to go home,” she announces, visibly upset.

Paul can understand that Sarah wants to be in “her familiar surroundings.” Nevertheless, the young farmer is disappointed that the farm week comes to such an abrupt end: “On the other hand, I’m also a little sad.” Sarah still gives her Paul hope: “I’ll come visit you again when I’m better!”

Despite differences in their love of animals, there may still be a happy ending waiting for the two of them.
