Rijnhuizen was originally an office district, but now there are many new homes. Several office buildings have also been converted into homes. Eventually, space must be made in the district for 2500 addresses. Facilities must also be added, such as a primary school, but the locations that have been investigated by the municipality have so far turned out to be unsuitable.
