Naatan Skyttä scored two goals when Finland defeated Croatia 3–2.

The Finnish national football team under the age of 21 took a valuable victory on Tuesday when it defeated Croatia 3–2 in the European Championship qualifiers. The loss was the first for Croatia, which is leading the qualifying group.

Finland’s first two goals were scored in the 11th and 29th minutes Naatan Skytta. With extra minutes in the first half Terry Ablade took Finland to the 3-0 lead.

Croatia lingered in the second half Josip Sutalon and Toni Frukin hit the end of the goal but did not get any closer.

The away victory raised Finland to 13 points in the qualifying group and confirmed Juha Malisen significantly reduced the European Championship dreams of the coached crew. Croatia continues to lead the block. Finland is fourth.

The Finnish European Championship qualifying contract will continue in June. In Romania and Georgia in the summer of 2023, the group winners and the best group finisher will advance directly to the group.
