But we have to act very quickly: if it is officially possible to take care of the formalities until the day before the vote, we must also take into account the delivery times for the post and the processing times for the the town hall. To know all the same: it is possible to make a power of attorney only for the first round, only for the second, or for the two rounds of this presidential election.
