Six French airports were evacuated after receiving threats and bomb threats.
The French authorities are currently facing an extremely high level of terrorist threat and here is a security measure which illustrates this: as reported by BFMTV and France Info, six airports were evacuated after bomb threats were reported. The airports of Lille, Bron, Nice, Nantes and Toulouse in the regions are affected. Beauvais airport, near Paris and which serves as an air infrastructure to reach the capital, is also affected.
Evacuation measures are only decided in the event of a threat considered serious, taking into account the inconvenience caused. The authorities, however, agreed that it was necessary to carry out “doubt removal” operations with the intervention of demining services.
the General Directorate of Civil Aviation announced around 12:00 p.m. that all flights were suspended. Passengers who have just landed have been disembarked at the end of the runway, and do not return to the terminal, or must wait in their plane.
