Logistical and geographical challenge. Around a hundred people, including musicians and the festival team, made the trip to “Ferké”. A region chaired by the Minister of Defense, Téné Birahima Ouattara: “ There is a lot of pride in welcoming Femua. Here, in our region, Tchologo, we are still faced with the terrorist challenge. We must therefore give hope to young people and we believe that it is a festival which, beyond the festive aspect, is a platform which allows us to raise awareness. »
For Salif Traoré, Asalfo, General Delegate of Femua, the festival is essential to mobilize as on the theme of mental health among young people for this 16th edition, but this event is also a real player in development in the region. “ A Femua in a city or in a region, there are hotels that are full, there are maquis that are moving, there are taxis that drive all night. These are economic benefits for these populations. »
Mobilize, develop, but also have fun. By programming the Nigerian star Yemi Alade, Gadji Celi, Fior 2 Bior Femua proposed a high-profile poster to the population of Ferké. With closing, Tam Sir, the author of the hit Coup du Marteau. “ When we come to Ferké to do a concert like this, it is first and foremost to bring joy to the people. And it is really with great joy that we do this. »
