In the case of Diablo 4, the Collector’s Edition should actually still be secret at the moment. It was not expected until June 1, 2023 that the boxes would go out and then also reach the public. But a month earlier than expected, you can see the box in an unboxing video. The YouTuber Wudijo unpacked the German version of the Collector’s Edition of Diablo 4 a month ahead of schedule.

This is the situation:

  • Blizzard is selling the Diablo 4 Collector’s Edition for €90. The catch: In Germany, shipping costs €122 on top of that, so the Collector’s Edition costs €212 here.
  • Actually, the Collector’s Edition should only be sent from June 1, 2023. This is stated on a sticker in the box.
  • But the YouTuber Wudijo already announced on April 29th. uploaded a 7 minute video of him unboxing the Collector’s Edition. He is apparently the first to show the unboxing video. We embed the video here on MeinMMO for you.

    What do you see in the video? The YouTuber apparently got the German version of the Collector’s Edition, the “Art Book” has the word “Kunstband” on it.

    In the video you can then see how the YouTuber goes through the contents of the box with his nephew. Among other things, a candle and a fabric card can be seen.

    The box was apparently only to be shipped in a month.

Therefore, the box costs “only” €90, with a game it would probably be well over €100.
