Medical examinations carried out by the Brazilian international upon his return to Madrid revealed “a rupture of the biceps femoris with damage to the distal tendon of the left leg”, wrote Real Madrid in a press release. The Madrid club did not specify the duration of unavailability of its player, but Vinicius should miss more than two months of competition and not be able to play again before 2024, according to the Spanish press.
