Football: Västerås SK won against Kalmar FF after a dream goal in extra time

When Viktor Granath equalized for Västerås SK at home against Kalmar, the match looked to be headed for a 1-1 result. Something that had not helped either team in the six-point game in the battle for the bottom.

Then VSK’s team captain Simon Johansson stepped forward and pulled away with a dream hit on the crossbar in the 97th minute. VSK won 2-1 and is now only one point behind Kalmar FF, but still last in the table.

– It’s completely insane. At least now I know that the toe will last. The first goal for me in the Allsvenskan, to be able to do it this way in this important match. It is not possible to be anything other than happy, says Johansson in Max.
