But Hisingsklubben suffered a heavy blow in the season opener at home against Mjällby.
– We play most of the match in their half. But once we get there, it’s just too bad. There are tactical and technical mistakes. We are not satisfied anywhere, says Simon Gustafson.

After a goalless first half, the away team was able to take the lead in the second. Substitute Imam Jagne played forward to Viktor Gustafson, who neatly put in 1-0.
– He hit it perfectly to me. I just thought I was going to put it with the wide side and this time it went in so it was damn good, says the goalscorer.
The goal was match-deciding and thus last year’s team Mjällby could start the season with a victory.
– We put in a really good performance today. We set the defensive game and that was the most important thing, says Gustafson.
