In the popular districts of Île-de-France, this football tournament has become an institution. In Créteil (Val-de-Marne), the very first competition was organized in 2019. Formerly called CAN des Quartiers, it is now called the National Neighborhood Cup.
Sixteen teams represent African, European and Asian nations. Since the end of May, they have faced each other every weekend before the final, on July 2, broadcast for the first time on the Amazon Prime channel. This year, the tournament has become more professional with many partners such as Nike, Amazon or the VTC company, Heetch. Yet the spirit of the competition has not changed
