When Sven-Göran “Svennis” Eriksson stepped onto the Anfield lawn, ahead of the exhibition match between Liverpool’s legends and Ajax’s legends, the crowd stood up and applauded.
Then his old pair horse Hasse Backe was touched in TV4 Play.
– It’s goosebumps. It’s almost like I’m having a bit of a hard time taking this in.
“Svennis” acted as coach for Liverpool’s team, which won the match 4–2.
