In the last twelve matches, of which three are in the Champions League, the big club has only won one match. Nine have ended in defeat and two have been drawn.
According to Pep Guardiola, City are now at risk of missing out on a place in the Champions League next season, after 14 consecutive seasons in the tournament.
– Of course there are doubts, says Guardiola.
The team is currently seventh in the Premier League – twelve points behind league leaders Liverpool – and that position is not enough to qualify. Five English teams are likely to get a place.
The next game for Manchester City will be at home against Everton today with kick-off at 1.30pm.
