The famous sports management simulation has just revealed its official release date, a little late compared to previous years.
Football Manager 2025 is long overdue. While the game was supposed to be talked about around September 24, we ultimately had to wait until the very last day of the month to benefit from an official announcement concerning the sports simulation.
It is finally on Tuesday, November 26 that players will be able to put their hands on Football Manager 2025. The title, developed by Sports Interactive and published by SEGA, will therefore be a few days late compared to the usual license.
What’s new for Football Manager 2025?
The first big new feature in Football Manager 2025 comes from the game’s graphics engine, which is now switching to Unity. This should allow the studio to offer more realism for the game’s cutscenes and renderings with several improvements to the menus which will be much more simplified compared to the previous opus.
Football Manager 2025 also introduces the addition of women’s football as well as a partnership with Premier League. The development studio has already announced that more information will be shared on the subject starting the week of October 7, 2024.
New features regarding in-game tactics, your trainer and the match experience were also announced, but without further details on the subjects. The Football Manager roadmap indicates that these new features will be revealed in more detail as we get closer to the November 26 release date. A focus on the mobile version of Football Manager 2025 is also mentioned.
Football Manager 2025 will be available from Tuesday November 26, 2024 on PC, Xbox, Playstation 5 and Nintendo Switch. The title will also be included in Microsoft’s GamePass upon release. The game is already up for pre-order on Steam, Epic Games Store and Windows Store. Pre-orders for the Xbox and PS5 versions should follow in the coming days.
