Werder Bremen, Saint-Étienne and finally Strasbourg. The clubs in Europe have moved in Malmö FF’s Sebastian Nanasi.
Now it is clear that it is Strasbourg in the French top league who buys the Swedish midfielder.
MFF is reported to receive SEK 125 million for the transition, something that was confirmed by Wenström television, which was present when the transition was completed. It is the most expensive sale a Swedish club has ever made.
Previously, Hugo Larsson (Eintracht Frankfurt) and Lucas Bergvall (Tottenham) were the most expensive exports from the Allsvenskan. Both were sold for a little over SEK 100 million each.
– It has been a lot of fun to see Sebastian develop into one of the Allsvenskan’s very best players, says sporting director Daniel Andersson.
Sebastian Nanasi has made 59 appearances and 18 goals for Malmö FF in the Allsvenskan in total since his debut with the sky blue in 2021.
