Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappé visited Stockholm last week and he was seen, among other things, leaving a nightclub.
After the Frenchman’s visit to Sweden, a rape report was drawn up and Mbappé is reasonably suspected (the lower degree of suspicion) of the crime.
Now Mbappé’s lawyer has spoken out about the situation.
– A report does not mean that it is the truth, it proves nothing, says Marie Alix Canu Bernard to French TF1 according to RMC Sport.
The lawyer also confirms that legal action will be taken.
– He asked me not to leave things unresolved because we don’t allow ourselves to be slandered in that way. That is the reason why we will file a defamation report.
“He is never alone”
Canu Bernard defends Mbappé and says that he never committed any crime in Sweden.
– He is never alone, he would never be exposed to a situation that would pose any risk to him. It rules out that he would have acted in a reprehensible way, I can tell you that, that is absolutely certain.
She also says that Mbappé is willing to cooperate with the Swedish justice system.
– If that were to be the case, absolutely. But once again, today he was completely calm, says Marie Alix Canu Bernard.
