It is supported by research that blood types have different effects on both our health and character. Each person has one of the O+, O-, A+, A-, B+, B-, AB+ and AB-8 blood groups, which have unique characteristics. Many studies have linked blood types to a person’s risk of heart disease, how palatable they are to mosquitoes, or more. Experts also claim that eating a diet based on one’s blood type can also make it healthy and easier to lose weight.
HOW DO YOU NEED TO FEED ACCORDING TO YOUR BLOOD TYPE?
TYPE A
People with type A blood should avoid consuming meat products and include fruits and vegetables, beans and legumes, and whole grains in their diet. This is because type A blood has a ‘sensitive immune system’.
TYPE B
Eat green vegetables, eggs and certain meats, and consume low-fat dairy products. Avoid corn, wheat, buckwheat, lentils, tomatoes, peanuts and sesame. While some meats are allowed, chicken should be avoided.
EU TYPE
People with this blood type should consume seafood, tofu, dairy products, beans, greens and grains but avoid corn, beef and chicken. Those with AB type blood have low stomach acid. Caffeine, alcohol and smoked or smoked meats should not be eaten.
O TYPE
Those belonging to this blood type can eat a high protein diet that includes lean meats, poultry, fish and vegetables. They can easily prefer grains, beans and dairy products.
