(Finance) – The Assembly of Delegates of Fon.Te. met for the approval of Financial Statement 2023. “In the current economic framework characterized by numerous unknowns, in a context marked by unprecedented challenges, due to global geopolitical conditions, 2023 was a very important year of growth for Fon.Te. in the panorama of Complementary Pension”, he underlined The President Maurizio Grifoni in his introductory speech.

“The excellent resultsboth in management terms and in terms of returns of the various investment lines, emphasize the diversification carried out in the financial management of the Fund’s assets also through investments in the real economy“.

The adhering to 12/31/2023 increased by 6.14% to 271,175 – net of exits during the year – equal to an increase in absolute terms of 15,686 units compared to 2022. At the same date, there were 41,703 companies associated with the Fundwith an increase equal to +4.69% compared to last year.

Source. has improved performance towards members, both in terms of volumes, with over 26 thousand services provided (+18% compared to 2022 and +24% compared to 2021), both in terms of response timeson average well below almost 30% compared to the times set by sector regulations.

Assets under management in December 2023 ha exceeded 5.334 billion euros, recording an increase compared to 2022 of +12.38%.

The Vice President of the Fund Michele Carpinettithen stated that “Supplementary Pension has now become a necessary tool, especially for the new generations, also taking into account the further advantage deriving, for the purposes of building one’s second pillar pension, from the contribution from the employer, established by collective bargaining. The increase in membership in 2023 therefore expresses greater awareness in the choice of our pension fund”.

Confirming its importance as a supplementary pension tool, during 2023, 6,181,235 euros were collected by way of TFR previous, recording an extraordinary trend increase compared to the historical activity data of the pension scheme. Previous TFR collections for the year 2022 amounted to only 3,558,027 euros.

The Director of Fon.Te. Anna Maria Selvaggio, confirming the good performance of the current general trend of the Fund, he stated that “2024 will be characterized by continuity of the services offered to members and associated companies; a continuity however characterized by innovation and by a greater one digitalisation of management processes, in order to always respond more efficiently to the needs of our target audience”.
