(Finance) – Theassembly of the shareholders of fn extensiona company listed on Euronext Milan and active in integrated mobility in Lombardy, has approved the balance as at 31 December 2022 and the distribution of dividend equal to 0.023 euro per share. The dividend will be paid starting from 7 June 2023, with coupon detachment no. 14 on June 5, 2023 and record date on June 6, 2023.
The shareholders also approved the “second section” of the Policy Report remuneration and on the fees paid, and renewed the authorization to purchase and dispose of own actionssubject to revocation of the authorization granted by the shareholders’ meeting of 26 April 2022.
