On Sunday, SOS Alarm received an alarm about a cardiac arrest and in connection with it sent out the drone with the defibrillator. Somehow the drone with the defibrillator got stuck at the police station in the city – and the police could not rule out that it was a dangerous object.
“It was dropped and hung from the ceiling, and passers-by reacted to it as it looked strange and hung and buzzed because it is electric,” says Jon Franzén, officer on duty at the police, to the newspaper.
An ambulance was sent to the affected person, and the police were able to take down the drone at 8 p.m.
“It caused problems because we couldn’t determine what it was and it became a police operation,” says Jon Franzén.
