As with each edition of CES, Samsung unveiled its new concepts of smartphones. In terms of flexible screens, the Korean brand presented its Flex Slidable prototype. It is a roll-up screen, which can be stretched. At first glance, the mobile looks like any other. But as soon as you press a button, it expands on the right side by unrolling a flexible screen. This additional part can be used to display applications and shortcuts. The device is reminiscent of the Oppo X that the Chinese brand presented in 2021. Obviously, this is a concept and it is not certain that Samsung will go further. But this is how the brand’s first foldable screen mobiles were presented.
