Five people are charged with having together raped a woman in Kungsparken in Malmö at the end of October this year, writes Sydsvenskan. The youngest of the defendants turned 15 at the beginning of autumn. All five are teenagers and are charged with aggravated rape.
The incident was interrupted by a police patrol that was in the park to patrol.
Four of them deny any wrongdoing. One admits that the incident took place but claims that there was no crime.
