Five men, some of whom are very wealthy, await rescue inside the Titan submarine, lost in the sea.

The platform was steered by Stockton Rush, the 61-year-old CEO of the owner company Oceangate, when it disappeared. Rush, who has a background in aviation, founded the deep-sea diving company in 2009. The company will begin tourist trips to the Titanic wreck in 2021.

The ship also has an experienced deep-sea diver, 77-year-old Frenchman Paul-Henry Nargeolet. He served in the French Navy for 25 years. Nargeolet has been nicknamed Mr Titanic because he has spent more time near the shipwreck than anyone else.

Hamish Harding, a 58-year-old British businessman who got rich with an airplane company, is one of the buyers of an expensive tourist trip. According to media reports, he is a billionaire who enjoys adventures. With his exploits, he has also entered the Guinness World Records. In June 2022, Harding went on a tourist trip in space driven by the Blue Origin company.

Shahzada and Suleman Dawood, who come from Pakistan’s richest elite family, have also bought a tourist trip to the wreck. They live in Britain. Father Shahzada is 48 years old and son Suleman is a 19-year-old university student. Dawood is the vice chairman of the board at Engro Corporation, which operates in the fertilizer and chemical industry. In addition, he works at the family-owned Dawood Foundation.

The British newspaper Daily Mail has published the pictures of the missing five on its front page.
