The Berlin – Tag & Nacht family recently had to say goodbye to a true veteran of the series. After being part of the early evening series for almost 13 years, Martin Wernicke left BTN. He played the role of Basti almost from the beginning. But in recent years, many faces have disappeared from the screen. Fans still haven’t come to terms with some of the departures.
5th place: Katharina Kock
The tears of this farewell have probably not dried yet. At the beginning of the year, Katharina Kock announced after five years her surprising exit from the series. Her character Antonia “Toni” Brandt turned her back on Berlin to go to Switzerland with her series boyfriend Leif – with whom she is also in a relationship in real life. But viewers will probably not see her on TV for a while. Katharina Kock is enjoying her life as an influencer and pursuing her studies.

4th place: Matthias Höhn
Matthias Höhn embodied from 2017 to 2019 the role of Pascal Reuter and has blossomed into a big fan favorite in such a short time. Not least because his character had to go through a lot. Outside of the series, Höhn made headlines mainly with his relationship with colleague Jenefer Riili. The two have a son together. The ex-BTN stars have since separated and Höhn is in a committed relationship again. He recently tied the knot with his girlfriend Lejla and were crashed at the wedding by a real Hollywood star: Vin Diesel.

Nathalie Bleicher-Woth played Kim Terenzi in the Daily. That’s right: Terenzi. She played the daughter of singer Mark Terenzi, who occasionally made a guest appearance. Bleicher-Woth was in her role from 2017 to 2021 and turned the heads of many men in those four years. In the end, Kim left Berlin to live with her famous father in Mallorca. Nathalie Bleicher-Woth is currently enjoying her new role as a mother and is successful as an influencer on social media.

2nd place: Anne Wünsche
Fans from the very beginning were particularly shocked by this departure. Anne Wünsche played Hanna Fischer, the daughter of BTN veteran Joe Möller, from the very first episode. With a few breaks due to pregnancies, Wünsche was on Berlin – Tag & Nacht from 2011 to 2015. For the big 10-year anniversary, she returned for a few episodes in 2021, to the delight of many fans. But there was never going to be a real comeback. Wünsche is now a mother of three children and a successful entrepreneur and influencer.

1st place: Laura Maack
Berlin – Day & Night without Laura Maack – unimaginable for fans. But in 2023 the shocking news came: Maack is quitting. Her role Paula Habich is leaving Berlin to start a new life in Brandenburg. Since 2014, Maack had given the character a face with her unforgettable manner and unique look. Her cotton candy pink hair in particular was a trademark. After almost ten years, the actress needed a change of scenery, as she reported on YouTube at the time. Because after such a long time, it was the irregular work rhythm and constant pressurewhich prompted her to leave. Nevertheless, it was very difficult for her to quit, as she really liked her colleagues.
