On the night of Friday, an explosion occurred in a gate to an apartment building in the area of Väsbyskogen in Upplands Väsby, northwest of Stockholm.
Five people have been arrested on suspicion of public destruction, and two more people have been brought in for seduction.
Police are now on the scene to speak to witnesses who made observations in connection with the explosion, and a crime scene investigation will be carried out.
The property’s gate was damaged, but no one is said to have been injured in connection with the explosion.
Heard several kilometers away
A resident in the immediate area says that he heard the explosion from several kilometers away.
– I live several kilometers from here, but heard and felt the bang.
