“Some problems that have emerged in recent days are creating discomfort for professionals. “The first problem – explained de Nuccio – concerns electronic submission to the Revenue Agency of the option notifications for the assignment of credits deriving from building deductions, for which the system does not allow to remedy the case in which a communication presented within the deadline is rejected by the electronic sending channel. The second, on the other hand, involves the communications that have been accepted by the electronic channel but that they cannot be canceled and replaced“.
