First trailer for one of the biggest series highlights of 2023

Rian Johnson (Star Wars 8, Knives Out) is considered by many to be one of the most talented directors of all time. All the more reason to be excited about his new Poker Face series, which includes finally has a trailer after months of secrecy. An army of stars awaits us on the crime road trip.

Star Wars 8 director makes crime series: Poker Face comes with an incredible number of stars

The series will revolve around Charlie Cane (Natasha Lyonne) cruising across the United States in her vintage Plymouth. She has the mysterious ability to be able to see through the lies of their fellow human beings immediately and is confronted with a new mystery every week.

After the Monster of the Week format, Cane will constantly meet new characters who be embodied by a large number of well-known stars. Also in front of the camera are Adrien Brody (The Pianist), Ron Perlman (Hellboy) and Joseph Gordon-Levitt (Inception).

When is Poker Face coming to Germany?

Johnson, along with co-creator Lyonne, didn’t want to reveal exactly what stories Poker Face will be about. As a series by NBC streamer Peacock, the series will come to Sky in this country. It will be released in the US on January 26, 2023. There is no sure date for Germany yet.
