STATEMENT FROM THE EU ABOUT NANOTHERN KARABAKH OPERATION
EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell said in his written statement, “The European Union condemns the military tension on the line of contact and in other parts of Karabakh. We call for an immediate cessation of hostilities and Azerbaijan’s current military activities. Baku and Karabakh Armenians “There is an urgent need to return to dialogue between the two countries. This military tension should not be used as an excuse to force the migration of people in the region. Violence must stop to provide an environment conducive to peace and normalization talks.
