(Finance) – It took off yesterday, Thursday 2 June, on first direct flight between Belgrade and Triesteoperated by Serbian national airline Air Serbia. The inaugural flight, the JU464, landed at the international airport of Ronchi dei Legionari, was welcomed with the traditional “water bridge” at the airport in Friuli Venezia Giulia.
Trieste is the fourth destination in Italy for Air Serbia, after Rome, Milan and Venice. Air Serbia will fly to Trieste twice a week.
