(Finance) – First Capitala financial holding company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and specialized in Private Investments in Public Equity and Private Equity investments, announced that the Net Asset Value (NAV) as of September 30th 2023 stands at 72.5 million euros (of which 3.3 million pertaining to third parties), equal to 24.6 euros per share in circulation.
In the third quarter First Capital’s 2023 NAV Total Return recorded a change of -1.3%bringing the overall change compared to 31 December 2022 to -8%, impacted by the downward pressure on the entire Italian small caps segment in the period, determined by the absence of liquidity (low volumes traded) and by the huge outflows from equity and in particular from PIR funds.
In absolute termsthe NAV shows a decrease of 6.7 million euros compared to 31 December 2022 (when it was equal to 79.2 million), attributable to the reduction in value of the investment portfolio in the period and to the distribution of cash and paper dividends for a total of 1.8 million in June 2023.
