First Capital, NAV as of September 30th drops to 74.2 million euros

FullSix closes 2021 in negative Strategic repositioning continues

(Finance) – First Capitala financial holding company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and specialized in Private Investments in Public Equity and Private Equity, announced that the Net Asset Value (NAV) as at 30 September 2022 stands at 74.2 million euros (of which 2.9 million attributable to minority interests), equal to 26.2 euros per share in circulation. There change per share was -2.7% in the third quarter of 2022, bringing the overall change compared to December 31, 2021 to -16%. This is, the company underlines, a performance that is in any case better than the benchmark, the FTSE Italia Small Cap, which recorded a decline of -19% since the beginning of the year.

THE Total Asset amounted to 103.8 million euros, mainly consisting of investment portfolio, which amounts to 99.3 million and liquidity and cash equivalents for 2.7 million. The main strategic investments are represented by equity investments in Intred, Orsero, Net Insurance, Forest Chemical Industries And Cy4Gate, which represent respectively 17%, 14%, 9%, 9% and 9% of the Total Assets. The other strategic holdings, with a weight between 6% and 3% of the Total Assets are Labomar, Cellularline, Generalfinance, TPS, B&C Speakers And WING.

L’portfolio performance as at 31 October 2022 shows growth of approximately + 2% compared to 30 September 2022, almost entirely recovering the decline in the third quarter of the year and substantially reaching levels close to those of the end of June 2022 (-14.6% YTD).
