ICC Chief Prosecutor Karim Han, in his statement on his social media account X, emphasized that Israel should allow large-scale humanitarian aid to enter Gaza.

ICC Chief Prosecutor Han said, “I would like to reiterate in the clearest possible terms that deliberately blocking aid supplies to civilians (in Gaza) may constitute a war crime according to the Rome Statute of the ICC.” he said.
In his letter to the UNSC, Guterres stated that civilians in Gaza were in great danger due to Israeli attacks, that there was no safe place to protect civilians, and that the health system had collapsed. (AA)
