Forest fires continue to plague Canada. 81 are still active in the province of Quebec, of which 27 are considered out of control. Some are advancing thanks to the dry weather and the heat. The fumes are such that they prevent the intervention of air tankers. They touched the European coasts, but at high altitude. Smoke from the fires is “unlikely” to have an impact on European air quality.
