During the week, the Littfor literature festival is held. Several towns along the Vindelälven, including Ammarnäs, Sorsele and Vindeln, have had various events.
This year’s theme is fire and flames, and therefore firefighters were invited to the library in Vindeln to read storybooks to children.
– We want to show off ourselves and our business. The children are future firefighters, so it is important to give them an image of us, says Ina Lindfors, firefighter in Vindeln.
