During Friday, Spanish authorities confirmed that 202 deaths have been registered after the flood disaster in Spain.
But there is still no official figure on how many are missing, reports say El Mundo.
The authorities are working with a list of more than 2,500 emergency calls about missing persons, but the number is expected to drop as mobile coverage returns so that relatives manage to get in touch with each other.
During the night, a traffic accident occurred on Södertäljevägen near Hornstull in Stockholm.
– It is a police car that has collided with a taxi, says police spokesperson Ola Österling.
One person has been taken to hospital.
The police have drawn up a report about negligence in traffic, whether it refers to the driver of the taxi or the police car is unclear.
– I will not go into that, says Ola Österling.
The police have arrested a man in his 20s suspected of attempted murder in Södermalm during the night of Saturday. The alarm came in at 23.40.
– Some type of conflict has arisen in an apartment, where a man has been stabbed, possibly beaten, says police spokesperson Ola Österling.
The man is said to have run from the scene after the incident, and a police chase has then been launched. After ten minutes, the man was arrested and had then stabbed another person.
– One person has been taken to hospital, says Ola Österling.
The police do not want to go into whether the suspected perpetrator knows the plaintiff or not.
The police have confiscated knives after the incident.

A man has been sentenced to daily fines after he had 1,000 rodents, a dog and a turtle in his apartment in Östermalm, reports P4 Stockholm.
It was the county administration that found the animals after neighbors raised the alarm about a strong stench from the apartment and that hamsters were kept in buckets on the balcony.
The animals inside the apartment must have been kept in far too small cages with too little access to food and water. The man is now being sentenced for violating the Animal Welfare Act.

The death toll rises after Friday’s extensive Israeli bombings in Lebanon.
At least 52 people were killed and 72 injured in the area around Balbeek in northeastern Lebanon, according to local authorities.
Overnight on Friday, Israel also carried out at least ten attacks on the southern suburbs of the capital Beirut, causing massive destruction, state news agency NNA reports. Dozens of buildings were razed to the ground and several fires are said to have broken out.
According to Israel’s military, arms factories and command centers belonging to Hezbollah were attacked in the strike, which was preceded by an Israeli evacuation order. The suburb of al-Dahiya is widely regarded as one of the strongest strongholds of the Iran-backed Shia militia.
Former police officer Brett Hankison has been convicted of violating the civil rights of Breonna Taylor, a woman who was shot and killed in her Louisville home during a 2020 drug bust. It reports NBC News.
26-year-old Breonna Taylor was sleeping in the apartment with her boyfriend when she was hit by eight of the police bullets and died.
The three plainclothes officers opened fire after the boyfriend, who says he thought it was a burglary and was acting in self-defense, fired a shot at the front door, hitting an officer in the leg.
Brett Hankinson says he had to act quickly to protect his colleagues. He fired ten shots, none of which hit Breonna Taylor. Despite that, he now risks life in prison for the abuse.
Hankinson is the first of the three officers to be convicted of any crime in connection with the deadly raid.
A fire has broken out in a villa in Ängelholm in Skåne.
The emergency services were called to the scene at 00:39 on Saturday night.
– Several people were in the villa, but everyone was outside when the emergency services arrived, says duty officer Tobias Aldgård.
There are no reports of any injuries.
The fire started on the ground floor and then spread to the roof.
– The fire is not under control. It is a construction fire that is quite complicated and we are working hard to expose the construction.
At present, there is no obvious risk of spread.
– There are several houses next door and we are working to prevent the fire from spreading there. We will be there for several more hours, says Tobias Aldgård.

The US is beefing up militarily in the Middle East to show support for Israel and deter Iran, the Pentagon announced. Among other things, more fighters capable of shooting down ballistic robots and bombers of the B-52 type are to be moved to the area.
“Should Iran, its partners or its proxies use this to target American personnel or American interests in the region, the United States will take all necessary steps to defend our forces,” Pentagon spokesman Pat Ryder said.
The reinforcements will begin arriving in the coming months, according to Ryder.

Tens of thousands of costumed people had taken to the streets of downtown Orlando in the United States to celebrate Halloween when a person suddenly opened fire on the crowd.
Two people have been killed and another seven injured. The injured are being treated in hospital and should not have life-threatening injuries, AP reports.
A 17-year-old boy was arrested at the scene on suspicion of two murders and several attempted murders. The police have not yet been able to establish a motive for the shooting.
A person has been beaten during a party in a residence in Tranås.
Ambulance and police have been called to the scene.
– There are quite a lot of people on site, says Angelica Forsberg, police spokesperson.
The person has been taken to hospital by ambulance.
A man has been reported missing in Vetlanda.
The police are looking for the man in a wooded area northeast of Vetlanda.
Among other things, helicopters, tracking dogs and drones are used in the search effort.
Shortly before midnight, the police state that the man was found.
The man is said to be uninjured, but chilled.
Emergency services and police have received an alarm about an explosion at an apartment building in Perstorp.
– We received the alarm at 21.38. According to our information, a stairwell is full of smoke, says Mikaela Warhed, team leader at SOS Alarm.
According to the police, it was fireworks.
– Some people have set off firecrackers in the stairwell, says Filip Annas, the police’s press officer.

When an eight-year-old girl in North Zealand in Denmark came home after going “trick or treat”, her parents made a shocking discovery. Someone had given the girl a bag of cocaine, reports TV2.
The girl’s mother tells the TV channel that she quickly sensed that something was wrong. At first she thought it might be sugar, but after both she and her husband tasted some of the powder, they realized it was something else.
They contacted the police, who were able to confirm on Thursday evening that it was cocaine.
– I am still shaken by what could have happened. It must have happened accidentally when the bag ended up in the candy basket, says the girl’s mother to TV2.
