The alarm came in at six o’clock on Sunday morning. According to several media, a fire must have started in an apartment after some kind of detonation.
“The police are cooperating with the emergency services and healthcare to ensure that all people in the property are OK,” the police write on their website.
Extensive evacuation of the affected staircase and nearby residents will be carried out and the site has been cordoned off.
The rescue service tells Expressen that twelve units have been sent to the scene. The effort is described as large.
There is currently no information on injured persons. The crime classification is initially general destruction of property.
