StarCraft 2’s World Cup finals will feature playoff games throughout Saturday. Finland’s Joona “Serral” Sotala semi-final will be watched on ‘s live broadcast from approximately 8.50 pm.
The StarCraft 2 World Championship will be hot in Poland, with only the top eight players left to compete for the IEM Katowice Grand Tournament. One of the biggest championship favorites in the pure game is the Finnish Jonah “Serral” Sotala.
Sotala, who recorded a muted 10-0 record in Block B on Thursday, will face a South Korean player in Saturday semifinal. Cho “Maru” Seong-jun. The match will be shown on ‘s live broadcast in Areena and On Twitch.tv (switch to another service) at about 20.30 Finnish time.
Seong-ju, who finished second in Group D, beat his countryman in the quarterfinals on Saturday Cho “Dream” Joong-hyukin kartoin 3-1. However, the Fourth War on the world list will not have an easy evening cleaning ahead of it, as Seong-ju is number one in the same rankings.
The IEM Katowice semi-finals start at around 7pm and the games of the major tournament with World Cup status will be watched live in all evening. The tournament culminates in the semi-finals and finals on Sunday.
