Finnish leadership turned into a two point loss head
Head coach Friis was disappointed with the result, but pleased with the look – “What paint they did”

Naturally, head coach Jacob Friis was annoyed by the end result. In his opinion, however, the performance was good for Finland, but he would also boast Lithuanian handicap.

– I’m disappointed, I think we played well and did many things well. But it’s football. What paint they did. It was annoying for our team because the performance was good, even though the result was not, Friis said.

The Danish pilot does not feel that Finns have self -confidence problems, even though Finland lost two goals.

– I think paints always change momentum, but it is not a matter of self -confidence. In my opinion, we played well in defense, but we must respect the opponent who decides that it does not accept the image of the game.

In Friis’s opinion, scoring is not a problem.

– Three goals for two matches, it could be better. I don’t see the situation as a big problem, but we can do better.

Friesi’s first match week as the head coach of the Huuhkaja is now behind. The head coach told how proud he is for being coaching Finnish and what the players gave.

– I feel good. We talked that we wanted to set a good performance last because it will carry in the future. It is a privilege for me to work with this team and I am grateful for what they have done so far. I got a lot of new information and understanding of this team.
