Estonia has once again sent weapons to Ukraine to help the defense. The latest installment also includes field cannons that Estonia had once received from Finland. Many other countries have sent weapons to Ukraine, both new and old equipment.

The howitzers given to Ukraine are Soviet-made 122 mm field cannons, which Estonia procured in 2009 from Finland. Finland had bought them from Germany in the 1990s. Estonia had to get permission from both countries to hand over cannons.

A researcher at the Estonian Defense Research Center also reports on arms assistance Martin Hurt on twitter.
Ukraine already has an estimated hundreds of similar 122 mm field cannons. Some of them may have been destroyed in battles.
Armor equipment from the Czech Republic
The number of donated wagons in the Czech Republic is estimated at several dozen, of which more than ten are T-72M wagons, according to the Estonian Broadcasting Corporation. T-72M is a Soviet and BVP-1 Czechoslovak product. So the equipment is old, but on the other hand it is familiar to the Ukrainians.
The picture on Czech TV of the wagons being sent to Ukraine was presented on twitter by the Ukraine Weapons Tracker account, which follows the events of the Ukrainian war.
The Czech Republic has also received permission from Germany to provide Ukraine with 56 Pbv-501 assault tanks. The Pbv-501 is a modernized BMP-1 Soviet wagon in Sweden, which Sweden once bought from Germany and later sold to the Czech Republic. It is not known whether these wagons are already on their way to Ukraine.
