(Finance) – Argo, the bidder of the totalitarian voluntary takeover bid on Finlogiche communicated that he had published today the offer documentapproved by CONSOB.
The membership period will start at 08:30 (Italian time) on 11 May 2023 and will end at 17:30 (Italian time) on 9 June 2023, inclusive, and therefore will be equal to 22 trading days (subject to extensions) .
The takeover bid is aimed at the delisting of the company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the Information Technology sector.
