Finland’s under-16 girls’ national basketball team has advanced to the EC finals for the first time in history. In the semifinals, the team beat Italy by 61–52 (27–31).
The Finnish team scored the most points in the match Emilia Helasuo. He reached 12 points in the match.
Finland will face France in the final. The EC tournament will be played in Miskolc, Hungary.
