Finlands super promise shined again – Eduard Hallberg in the

Alpine skier Eduard Hallberg is in a great early season mood.

A young alpine skier Eduard Hallberg made a big impression on the Finnish winter sports people last week. He was eighth in Levi’s slalom after the 1st round.

In the final results, the 21-year-old Finn was 24th. It was the best performance by Finns in the World Cup slalom in 11 years.

Hallberg continued his excellent early season performances on Sunday in Gurgli, Austria. After the opening round, he shares 11th place. Austria is in the same place Dominik Raschner.

In the last sector, Hallberg had the fastest pace of all.

The race is led by France Clement Noël. Hallberg is 1.75 seconds behind him. Norway is second Atle Lie McGrath and the third French Steven Amiez. The difference between him and Hallberg is 0.81 seconds.
