Finland lost to Spain 56–78 in the under-18 basketball European Championships in Tampere.
In the opening match, Finland won handsomely against Lithuania, but Spain was too tough. Finland’s best scorer was Elmeri Abbey with 11 points.
Tomorrow Finland will face Slovenia, who beat Lithuania 100–95 today.
