Welcome to the European football qualifying night!
The Finnish women’s national football team will play an even more important EC qualifying match against Norway in Turku. If the team loses to Norway, Finland will lose its chance to directly qualify for the competition.
The best two of the group go directly to the European Championships, while the third and fourth go to the further qualification.
So Helmarei has enough of a bet! Norway brutally crushed Finland 4–0 in the opening match of the qualifiers. However, since that match, Norway has not won any of their three matches, and the team has scored only one goal in the struggles.
Helmarit, on the other hand, has been great at home. Finland defeated Italy 2–1 and played a 1–1 draw with Holland in the previous qualifying match. In the Dutch match, Helmarit was the more dominant side for long periods of time, so the draw was even a little disappointing against a real big country.
– The Dutch match in Tammela is the best game I have ever seen from Helmare, ‘s expert Hanna Ruohomaa assessed.
So the pre-sets for the match are really tickling!
