The director has to pay 66,000 euros because his institution has submitted too high declarations to a large part of the clients. Passion Health Care also has to pay a fine of 220,000 euros. According to the Healthcare Authority, the healthcare institution stated, among other things, incorrect performance on claims. In addition, schedules, reports and care plans were missing. The records also turned out to be “incomplete, incorrect and not up to date”.
