(Finance) – The Board of Directors of Fincantierione of the main shipbuilding complexes in the world, has approved theconsensual termination agreement of the employment relationship with the general manager Fabio Gallia, with effect from today’s date, following the new professional opportunities that the manager decided to take advantage of. Gallia, who held the position of General Manager since September 2020, was in the past CEO of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, of BNL, of Fineco and Banca di Roma.
The agreement provides for the payment of an amount compliant with the company’s remuneration policy, including a settlement agreement on the contractually agreed payment for the termination of the employment relationship and remuneration for the waiver of any question or right in any case connected or occasioned by the existing employment relationships and their termination. There are also claw-back clauses in line with market best practices.
The CEO Pierroberto Folgiero he was also appointed general manager.
