(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Fincantieri announced that he has purchasedbetween March 29 and April 3, 2023, overall 3,107,655 treasury sharesequal to approximately 0.18% of the share capital, at the volume-weighted average price of €0.5887 per share, net of fees, for a counter value equal to 1,829,546.66 euros. It was like that completed the treasury share buyback programme launched on March 17th.
Since the beginning of the Programme, Fincantieri has purchased 10,000,000 treasury shares (equal to approximately 0.59% of the share capital), for a total value of 5,685,307.73 euro. Considering the treasury shares already held, as at 28 March 2023 Fincantieri holds a total of 11,128,666 treasury shares, equal to approximately 0.65% of the share capital.
Meanwhile, on the Milanese price list, the largest shipbuilding complex in the world lengthened the pace compared to the previous session, reaching 0.572 euro.
