(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Finance.techa fintech company listed on Euronext Growth Milan, has announced that the CEO Nicola Occhinegro has acquired 5% of the shares of the parent company Sursum Corda, owner of 75% of the shares of Finanza.tech. There Occhinegro family (Nicola Occhinegro with 80.98% and Marilena Bianco with 9.02%) now has the 90% by Sursum Corda.
