The escaped Belgian Steller’s sea eagle, which has been roaming our country and our province for ages, has finally been caught today. The predator was spotted this morning in Schoonrewoerd. After a number of failed rescue actions, the bird was caught this afternoon in a tree along the provincial road N484 near Overboeicop in the municipality of Vijfheerenlanden.
